No more pennies

Rep. Jim Kolbe introduced the COIN Act. (Currency Overhaul for an Industrious Nation)
COIN – force us all to round off all cash transaction to the nearest 5 cents.
Why? Because of the rising cost of zinc (which the penny is made from)
Cost to make a penny is actually 1.4 cents.
